Pi-4 Case with POE Hat
thingiverse
This is a no-nonsense case for a [Pi-4](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/raspberry-pi-4-model-b/) with [PoE Hat](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/poe-hat/). (I previously created one for the [Pi3](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5155565).) It clips together so no screws are necessary and if you need to mount it somewhere, then there’s also a separate mounting bracket. The PoE Hat is useful to power network attached devices such as the [Pi-hole](https://pi-hole.net/), [Ubiquiti Controller](https://pimylifeup.com/rasberry-pi-unifi/) or [Homebridge](https://homebridge.io/) from a standard PoE switch. It’s designed so that you can attach the PoE Hat to a Pi-4 using the provided screws and spacers. The assembly then slips into the base and you clip on the lid. The PoE Hat itself features a 1" fan so I've included vents on the side to ensure airflow over the processor and through the hat. Simples. If you have some, you can press some clear 1.75mm filament into the holes on the end to create light tunnels for the two LED’s on the Pi. **Note:** It's been pointed out that the new version of the PoE Hat - the [PoE+ Hat](https://www.raspberrypi.com/products/poe-plus-hat/) has the fan in a slightly different position so it won't fit this case. To address this, I've created a new case that will cater for both the original PoE hat and the new PoE+ hat [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5403910).
