Remixing Squashy's case with an added hole allowed me to pass JST connectors through for items being controlled via the Octoprint Enclosure plugin. I printed this on my MK2.5S MMU2S, supporting only the flats of the hole I created and using soluble (PVA) interface. PolySupport (A TPU/PLA blend) would also work well in that situation.
