Pi 3 Case for 5 Inch Touch screen

I scoured the market for a Pi 3 case that could accommodate a 5" screen but came up empty-handed, with only 3.5" and 7" screen models available. I decided to take matters into my own hands and design one from scratch. I based my creation on the original Raspberry Pi Display Case design, recreating it entirely except for the cutouts for the power/HDMI/audio ports and the ethernet/usb ports, which remained intact. Using Sketchup, I crafted every other detail from scratch. Unfortunately, I didn't include an access door for the microSD card, so the top fits snugly but doesn't "lock" onto the bottom case. Here's the screen I used: https://www.amazon.com/Kuman-Resistive-800x480-Display-Raspberry/dp/B01F3EKJIA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470006672&sr=8-1&keywords=kuman+5%22+touch+screen UPDATE: I've uploaded v2, with the top and bottom in a single file. This version features a lip on both pieces, allowing them to fit together seamlessly. I've also added top and bottom v3, which includes space for the MicroSD extension, enabling easy access to the microSD card from outside the case (near the USB ports). I purchased an extension from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D9J8KQE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The only drawback is the long ribbon cable that comes with the extension, which should be routed on the same side of the case as the extension mount to keep it out of the way. I carefully removed the black plastic housing and created a slot for the cable to fit snugly. UPDATE: By popular demand, I've added a version of the bottom case with pre-built supports for those struggling with proper support creation. Yet another update: I've split the top and bottom pieces into two separate parts (for smaller build plates), dividing the top right down the middle and the bottom off to the left side due to the vents. Printer Settings: * Printer: Hictop Prusa i3 * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 2 * Infill: 20% * Notes: I used Cura to slice it, leaving supports on everywhere and only adding support for the lower HDMI and power cutouts. The print time was approximately 4 hours for the bottom case and 1.5 hours for the top case.
