Get your Bokoblin Skull Chest here, designed for the PI 3 Case Form! The Pi 4 version can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3810855, while the reptile fan tray is available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3811141. This model will print on a standard 120 x 120mm bed and has been tested for tolerances using both a Monoprice mini v2 and a Creality Ender 3. No screws are required to attach the Pi itself, but only the fan needs to be secured. To place the Pi in the tray, remove the SD card first and snap the GPIO side down while aligning the HDMI side. For removal, simply take out the SD card and gently flex the wall at the GPIO side while pushing the Pi up through the thumbhole. This hole doubles as a heatsink port, making it easy to cool your device. If you have a large underside heatsink, snap the tray into place just like you would put the Pi in the tray. The jaw requires supports for all parts except the hinges. To save print time, block off support at the top of the skull and add storage slots for up to three SD cards. If the cards seem loose, simply apply a piece of tape behind them. The fan plate snaps into place within the jaw, while a piece of filament is required to unite the hinges. Both horns are universal and come in left or right configurations, with two options available. The eyes can be easily snapped into place but have also been glued for added security. Choose from jeweled or flat eye designs, and consider using 3-4 layers and concentric infill for a wicked look. With a cheap 5V fan from Amazon, your Pi 3 rarely exceeds 50°C during emulationstation on a hot day.
