Pi 2B Sleeve Case heat sink remix

This version adds clearance on top for a heat sink too. By the way, this case should work with every Pi B from the 2B up through the 3B+. The original B and the 4B have different connector layouts. Update: V2 files - I've made the case 1% taller (same length and width) to better clear GPIO header pins. Also added clearance for the "Run" pins in case those are populated, and widened the board slot a bit to allow for shrinkage when printing. Since the case is now taller, a new end cap was also needed - same as original but 1% taller to match the case.
