<ul><li>Screws: 3.5 mm x 35 mm (sunken head)</li><li>Cord diameter: ca. 3mm</li><li>Board thickness: 18 mm or more (so the screws don't stick out the back!)</li></ul><p>Get a paper map (or have one printed), glue it on a wooden board of at least 18mm thickness and put the studs in relevant locations. Pre-drill the holes to not crack the board. Check in advance if the stud placement is somewhat interesting. (Just going along an obvious ideal line, for example along a coastline gets boring fast.)</p><p>Tell people to try and “visit” every place while having as much cord as possible left in the end.</p>
