WARNING: USE THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK, DAMAGE TO LCD WILL OCCUR IF IT FAILS. Clearly, the tolerances on this are extremely tight, making it essential to print it on its side to ensure a precise fit. To gain confidence in this design, I plan to sand it down and conduct stress tests to see if it meets my standards. To assemble this project, you will need a bolt that fits perfectly into the slot on the bed, along with 2 nuts and 2 large washers to secure the bed in place. This setup worked initially, but a redesign is necessary due to another issue that arose inside the bed - resin accumulates in the loop between the handles when the tray is in this position. This causes the resin to drip once you move it, which can be resolved by introducing a small angle into the next version of the design. This setup allows you to hold your tray and direct the resin to drip into the vat, making it an ideal solution for testing its viability. If it works as intended, I will provide more updates on this project.
