This is a detailed representation of Photosystem II, a complex enzyme crucial for transforming Earth's atmosphere into an oxygen-rich environment by harnessing light energy from water, thereby releasing oxygen gas as a by-product. I isolated a portion surrounding the highly significant Oxygen Evolving Center, where Manganese, Oxygen, and Calcium elements reside, alongside various residues that bind to this core, including a pivotal Tyrosine residue and one essential Chlorophyll molecule. The structural framework of this enzyme model is based on the 3WU2 protein database crystal structure, processed using VMD for manipulation, followed by transfer to Tinkercad for final refinements. During processing, I strategically added supports for stability and security.
