It was created using Blender 2.79 and comes as a ZIP archive containing the following files: Wood texture folder, BLEND file (Subdivision Surface Modifier active), OBJ_basemesh file, OBJ_highpoly file, FBX_basemesh file, FBX_highpoly file, and a preview image. The OBJ and FBX meshes are quad geometry, not triangulated. The .MTL file accompanies the OBJ file. You can convert the .BLEND file to an exchange format using Blender for free.
