Making Rubber Stamp with Anycubic Photon. Here are my settings for making a rubber stamp using the Anycubic Photon. Resin Composition: 65% Monocure 3D Rapid FLEX100 + 35% Monocure Rapid 3D Black. Increasing the percentage of Flex will cause thin features to curl up due to internal stress. ChiTuBox Settings: Z Lift - 0mm (Thanks to Johnson Yeh for suggesting I lay flat on the build plate) Raft shape - None Support - None Support Density - Not applicable Print Settings: Layer Height - 0.02mm Bottom Layer count - 8 Bottom Layer Exposure - 60Sec Exposure Time - 7.5 Sec Bottom Off Delay - 6.5Sec AA Settings - I tried it with and without, but didn't notice any difference. The Color Box ink pad works best for the stamps I made using the Photon. Below is an Amazon link for the ink pad: https://amzn.to/2ZojrG0 The stamp is 30mm in diameter, with small lettering that the Photon printed perfectly, including the period for '.org'. See attached microscope images showing all features are extruded to 1.25mm. It took about 40 minutes to print this at 20um resolution. I believe Z steps can be increased to reduce total print time, but I haven't experimented with it yet. The stamp handle was made using FDM with ABS (no particular reason; I just had that loaded in the FDM printer at the time).
