Photon Heater Stand - also for other similar machines.

This allows one to install a 12v electric heater. Drill a hole for the power and temp sensor. Note that I have it on the left side, but it also works on the right side. Print this on FDM. I could make it sightly smaller to print on a Photon, but then the heater could not sit securely inside it and would instead sit on top of it, which is less good. No support is needed to print this if you print it with the correct side up. There is another version included that inserts into the hole that is left when you remove the counter-productive fan/charcoal filter. This one can also accept a round or rectangular 12v hour meter that you can wire to the main LED cooling fan that only runs when printing. This will display total printing hours, which is good to know for tracking LCD panel life or lube intervals for the threaded rod. Note: only get a temp controller that allows you to set the threshold. The less expensive ones don't work as they are factory-set to a setting that makes them overheat and stick on. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e Or one like this (cheaper but needs a printed box and wiring). https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e With an enclosure like this: Heater that I found best: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e Also you need a 12v power supply for the heater. I used what I had lying around. The heater draws ~11 amps at 12v. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e Hour meters that should work: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01486LZ50/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B01486LZ50&linkCode=as2&tag=httpwww300blk-20&linkId=7420c11ac191348232df49dc53506b3e
