As product photography takes center stage in my daily routine, I've found myself relying on a turntable for small-sized electronic components. Off-the-shelf options available are either costly or flimsy, so I took matters into my own hands and decided to build one from scratch. For the initial (quick-and-dirty) version, I opted to 3D-print a single piece that attaches directly to the shaft of a NEMA-17 stepper motor. To control it, I explored various firmware and hardware options.
