This product is designed for architectural 3D rendering purposes. While it may not be directly compatible with software like Unity, its textures can be easily baked in programs such as 3ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed) to facilitate importation. The model comes pre-unwrapped, shaded, and textured; simply add it to your scene without the need for smoothing or NGone. Textures are customizable or replaceable at will. Constructed in real scale, metric measurements are given in centimeters.
