This product is designed for architectural 3D rendering purposes. The model, although not directly importable into software like Unity, allows easy texture baking in programs such as 3ds Max or Maya (with V-Ray installed), enabling seamless integration into your scene. It comes pre-unwrapped, shaded, and textured; no smoothing is needed. There's no NGon either. Textures can be easily modified or replaced. The model is accurately scaled in real-world measurements (centimeters) and created using 3ds Max 2017 and VRay renderer. Note that the scene provided contains only the object for sale, without additional VRay lighting, environment, or camera elements.
