Photo/Container Book Keychain

I've been eager to explore flexible filament for a while now and since I wanted to create something unique for this year's Christmas gifts, it seemed like the perfect chance to buy a TPU spool. This is a compact 25 x 30mm book keychain that can function as either a photo album or container. Initially, I envisioned it solely as a photo album but soon realized its potential as a container with a simple modification. I experimented with several iterations for the lock before settling on this one, which proved to be the most effective for me. To secure the mechanism, you'll need a small amount of superglue or your preferred adhesive, and I find this approach preferable to printing with supports, especially when working with flexible filament. With ordinary 0.1mm printer paper and using the fold/glue method, this book keychain can hold up to 26 pages. The photo protector piece is an optional but recommended feature that helps prevent damage to the actual pages while in your pocket or purse. However, having the protector does come with a minor drawback: the pages need to be slightly smaller. I've provided a PDF containing two templates to create the book's actual pages or sheets, along with some instructions. One template is designed for use with the protector file, and the other is intended for use without it. To convert this book keychain into a small container, simply print the "container" part, glue it to the book cover, and you'll have a compact 16.8 x 25.3 x 5mm storage space. Future plans include: - Creating a hard version of the design for individuals who don't possess or can't print with flexible filament.
