Phoneholder for Tripod

The phone used in the picture is a OnePlus 3T with an Otterbox case. Dimensions for the phone with case are: 81mm wide 13mm thick This design is ideal for phones measuring between 80mm and 93mm in width. You can use a larger phone, but this will cause the spring to rub against other parts. To assemble the product, simply slide the two printed pieces together and attach a spring to the small bars. The spring must not be wider than 8mm and should measure approximately 25mm in length when unstretched. A cavity exists for a nut on the lower section of the design, allowing you to connect it to a standard tripod thread using a 1/4-20 UNC nut. Unfortunately, I was unable to find this nut at my local hardware store, so I printed one instead. This model is also included in the documentation, giving you the option to print it yourself and avoid searching for one. To prevent the phone from sliding out, two small rubber tabs have been placed on the inside of the clamps. However, please note that adding these tabs will decrease the maximum width of phones that can fit, so make sure your phone still fits before proceeding.
