Phone Wall Pocket

Phone Wall Pocket

My household required a wall-mounted pocket to store mobile phones (which are prohibited in the restroom). I designed this to accommodate a phone and case with dimensions 90mm x 20mm. The height was set at 100mm due to the maximum build space available, ensuring that most phones would fit comfortably. This pocket features holes in the bottom for drainage purposes or to prevent items from getting stuck. It does not include any mounting holes, as we opted to use adhesive strips to secure it to the wall instead. The infill was set at 50% to achieve maximum sturdiness; however, this can be reduced if desired. The corners were filleted to facilitate a smooth adhesion process, and adding a couple of brim lines helped this pocket stick securely in place. Despite printing upright without heated bed supports, it adhered perfectly with the aid of blue tape and hairspray.
