I created one of these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2448971, but it needed a 90-degree turn to complete the design. To achieve this, I added an adjustable end piece that can be easily rotated to fit any need. The holes are specifically designed for M3 sockethead screws and corresponding M3 nuts. I often get confused when referring to these types of fasteners - some people call them caphead screws while others refer to them as sockethead screws. However, the type I'm using is clearly illustrated by this example: https://www.mcmaster.com/standard-socket-head-screws.
