A versatile tripod system allows you to capture high-quality videos or extended exposure shots with your phone. The tripod features two distinct legs, one short and one long, designed for maximum stability and flexibility. Two different holders are included, each requiring a unique approach. One holder utilizes M3 screws and bolts, necessitating the creation of custom stops to prevent damage to your phone or cover. The other holder employs plastic screws, eliminating the need for additional modifications. Both holders demand support structures during printing. I printed all components in PLA using three shell layers (1.2 mm total thickness, 0.4 mm x 3) for optimal results. The printed screws were made with 100% infill to ensure maximum strength and stability. In contrast, the holder was printed with 50% infill to strike a balance between weight and durability. The legs, stops, and base can be printed with a more economical 20% infill setting. When a printed screw becomes too tight, try scaling it in the XY plane to 0.99 or 0.98 for a precise fit. Assembly requires three M3 x 10 hex bolts for the legs and one M3 x 16 bolt for the holder. If you choose to use the holder HW, you will need two additional M3 x 16 bolts.
