This is a remix of LoboCNC's (Zoom Phone Tripod (Improved) https://www.printables.com/model/176119-zoom-phone-tripod-improved). The original base, due to its thin perimeter walls, tended to crack once the legs where clipped in place. On top of this, the legs would sometimes pop out during use as they were only held in place with tension. To fix this, I thickened the base's perimeter wall and added a retaining slot, pin, and block.P.s. I also added a set of legs with greater clearance (.1mm radius or .2mm diameter) which have very little tension when installed and no bending slot.Edit: Note also, DrLex's notched version (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4538021). Would be a great feature to add.ASSEMBLYA dab of CA glue is added inside the leg's pin holder and then inserted into the base as normal. The legs are then rotated to 30 degrees so the pin can be inserted from below and glued into the leg's pin holder. The block is added to cover the hole and sanded down to be flush with the base.
