I bought a Qi charger for my S21 Ultra Plus phone, but it keeps sliding off and needed a simple flat tray that I could screw into my keyboard carrel. The charging cord leaves at the top left. #6x1/2" screws hold it down nicely. I used a fingernail to coax the puck out to access the screws. The well at the "bottom" of the tray is so you can push down on the phone and it rises off the tray. The ND file is personalized for my use. I just added a 45° phone stand for use with the tray.
