Phone/Tablet Stand BRACED (v2) - Flat fold - Print in place!
thingiverse
The original design is a great concept, but it has a few flaws. The legs tend to flex too much, causing them to move independently and not seat properly into the slots. This issue could be due to the material used having too much flexibility. To solve this problem, I added a brace between the legs, which now works flawlessly. Adjusting the angle is a breeze with one hand, whereas previously it required both hands to ensure proper seating of the legs into the slots. A slight bulge was added to the middle piece to accommodate the new brace, and the arch goes between the legs, maintaining the same height as before. I applied these changes to all three latest models (v2.1), printing each one to guarantee they function correctly as shown.
