I adapted this phone stand (Thing ID 2756883) through structural simulation in Fusion 360, essentially giving it a few base faces and some no-go zones to generate the rest based on load cases. It prints extremely fast and is relatively stable - I highly recommend high infill for optimal results. This stand can fit most phones, even those with cases, as I've tested it with both a Pixel XL 2 and an iPhone 8 without any issues.
