This basic smartphone stand is remarkably easy to print and doesn't require any additional support. This version can hold a phone in either portrait or landscape mode. I also have a smaller version available on this site which will only support the phone in landscape orientation. The thickness of your phone may necessitate adjusting the size of the slot accordingly.
