Phone recording stand
thingiverse
I use this stand to hold my smartphone securely during video recording or take photos of my Thingiverse creations with greater stability. This stand is a hybrid construction that combines printed parts and commercial components. I employed 16mm aluminum tubes for the arms, an M4 threaded bar for tilt adjustment, and a base salvaged from a discarded lamp. To attach the vertical tube to the base, I created an expandable stud; however, you can also use screws. The phone holder accommodates my smartphone with a width of 75 mm but also supports devices up to 85 mm wide. A rubber band can be used to apply pressure via terminal clamps.
