Parts: 1x M6 x 85mm 2x M3 x 10-15mm Nuts for them Spring - I used a brush spring for a 7.8mm diameter motor Gopro Knob: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:163883 The handle should fit phones with widths between 68-95mm and thicknesses of up to 13.5mm. You can use slightly smaller parts with thicker rubber washers in the attachment points. All elements except "base.stl" don't require support material. Base.stl (if your printer struggles with bridges) can be printed with support, by adjusting the overhang angle to 85 degrees.
