You can find the newer version here: <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/205162-phone-mount-for-van-moof-s2s3-v20">Phone Mount for Van Moof S2/S3 V2.0</a></p><p><strong>====================================================================</strong></p><p> </p><p>Rotating Phone Mount for the Van Moof S2/S3 electric bike.<br>Mounts to the handlebar using 3 cable-ties, magnets embedded in the handlebar-base will help keep the interchangable phone-cradles in either horizontal or portrait orientation.</p><p>Included is a printable cradle for the Google Pixel 3A, you can use the included magnet_alignment tool as a reference for designing your own phone cradle.</p><h3>Instructions</h3><h4>Print</h4><h5>mountbase_vanmoof_s2_s3.stl</h5><ul><li>print with pause at height of 2.6mm, insert 4 neodym disc magnets in the same orientation</li></ul><h5>magnetalignment_tool.stl</h5><ul><li>quickly printable reference ring to align the magnets of all parts in the same direction during print</li><li>print with pause at height of 2.6mm to insert 4 disc magnets in the same orientation.</li><li>use this tool later to align all magnets added to later prints</li></ul><h5>cradle_pixel3a.stl</h5><ul><li>print with pauses at height of 2.5 mm and 6.5mm to insert 7 neodym disc magnets into the print, use your magnet alignment tool to keep them oriented properly.</li></ul><h5>cradle_pixel3a_topcover.stl</h5><ul><li>print with pause at height of 2.5mm and insert 3 magnets aligned to match the 3 magnets in the top of the cradle_pixel3a.stl.</li></ul><h4>You'll need</h4><ul><li>1x M3 locknut</li><li>3x Screw M3x10</li><li>18x Neodymium Disc Magnets 5-6mm(14x if you don't use the alignment tool)</li><li>3x cable ties 3mm wide</li></ul><h4>Assembly</h4><h5><br>mountbase_vanmoof_s2_s3</h5><ul><li>(insert the magnets during printing, as described above)</li><li>insert the locknut in the bottom of the mountbase_vanmoof_s2_s3</li><li>insert the cableties into the channels in the bottom of the mountbase and fix it to the handlebar of your S2/S3</li></ul><h5>cradle_pixel3a</h5><ul><li>fix the cradle_bottom part to the phone cradle using 2 M3x10 screws</li><li>use the M3x10 screw to fix the phone-cradle to the mountbase</li><li>don't tighten the screw too much, it should still allow the cradle to rotate to landscape and portal orientation, with the included magnets keeping the cradle positioned after rotating</li></ul><h4>Use</h4><ul><li>Insert your phone into the lower part and keep it in place by attaching the cradle_topcover to the magnets on the upper side of the cradle.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Designing your own phone cradle</h3><p>Designing your own phone cradle to fit the mounting base is pretty easy.</p><p>All you need to do, to be compatible with the base is:</p><ul><li>place a M3 countersunk hole in the (gravitational)center of your cradle</li><li>design 4 pockets for neodymium magnets with approx. 6mm diameter spaced in a circular arrangement 20mm from the central hole.
