Modifying Existing Designs to Enhance Functionality To demonstrate that simple modifications can greatly enhance functionality, we created a new bracket from the snap-together robohand (Thing #92937) and iPhone mount (Thing #82053). This custom design allows an iPhone to be securely attached to the forearm. Using existing designs as a starting point, our team was able to quickly modify the bracket to accommodate this feature. The modification process was straightforward, thanks to the flexibility of Tinkercad, our 3D modeling software.
