I was desperate for a sturdy stand to hold my Droid Turbo and its bulky LifeProof case securely. After scouring online marketplaces, I became disheartened with the pitiful options available - each one tiny and ill-equipped to handle phones wrapped in cumbersome protective covers like mine. Determined not to settle for anything less, I took matters into my own hands, designing a custom 2-piece stand that would elegantly support even the largest smartphones and those clad in heavy-duty casings like LifeProof or Otterbox. With a generous hook opening of 18mm, my stand allows me to safely store even the thickest of cases within its secure grasp.
