Phone holder for Estes launch controller

This adapter lets you hook up your phone to an Estes launch controller for model rockets. The launch controller demands two thumbs to operate. You'll be able to capture video of your launch without anyone's help if you don't have any bystanders. Place the holder on the controller, stretch a rubber band over the phone, and you're all set! Both thumbs can now control the safety key and launch button simultaneously. It could use some adjustments, but it functions as is. To attach the rubber bands, you'll need to cut a slot in at least one of the ears. It's easier and stronger to design it this way and simply cut an ear. For future enhancements, consider adding "pegs" on one end of the sleeve to keep the phone secure. Maybe add another set of ears for a second rubber band.
