A phone holder that fits perfectly in the cup holder of your car! Well, I've confirmed it fits my 2016 Acura TLX. As your cup holder may be a different size, I've included Fusion 360 files so you can easily modify it to fit yours. It's incredibly fast to clip your phone into place (thanks to the spring action and magnetic charging cable), stable, and places it in a very comfortable position for quick screen access (but not while driving, of course!). And, it fits wallet cases perfectly! This uses a magnetic cable I got from Amazon so I can quickly clip my phone into the holder. The top cap stays securely in place, and the bottom slides up and down the stalk to accommodate your phone's size. There is an internal spring (5/16" O.D. x 2.5" x 0.028" is what I used). I've included two versions of the top cap and bottom slide, with and without supports. If you print them on a 45-degree angle, they shouldn't require much in the way of additional supports other than the ones I made. Otherwise, you could print them on their backs with supports. There is a honeycomb pattern in the back that helps prevent curling of the corners when printing with ABS. Plus, it's visually appealing. I included the "AllTogether" model so you can see it in thingiview, but note that you can't print this one because there is actual interference between the slide stop and bottom slide. I had to make the slide stop a bit bigger than initially planned after designing and printing the rest of the pieces.
