Phone Holder for Bike/Bicycle (Handlebar Mount)

What's this? It's a smart phone holder that adapts to 68 to 100 millimeter width phones. I designed it to securely fasten my phone on the bicycle handlebar tightly. Warning! Don't over-tighten your phone inside! A sample handlebar adapter for 31mm is included (2BoltsHandlebarHolder_v5.stl), but you can use your own adapters with this holder. The standard mount is two M4 countersink screws, with a 25mm distance between their axes. You'll need extra parts to assemble it. See the assembly instructions below. Fusion360 sources are included. Assembly Instructions It's recommended to glue rubber stripes on the inner sides of this holder to improve grip (see real photos). An old bicycle tire inner tube works well for that. 1. Insert an M5 nut into the moving part of BicyclePhoneHolder_v4.stl and fix it by applying BicyclePhoneHolder_v4_-_nutcap.stl. 2. Insert an M5 bolt into BicyclePhoneHolder_v7_-_knob.stl and twist it into the nut through both static and moving parts of BicyclePhoneHolder_v4.stl. 3. [optional] Insert M4 nuts into 2BoltsHandlebarHolder_v5.stl and attach it to the holder and handlebar with corresponding M4 screws.
