I've designed a Phone Holder for a Scooter with a 32mm Rod diameter. The Spring Loaded Phone Holder originated from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1083987. The overall view can be seen in the film https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTJtt1_VvXA. Printing Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Notes: Layer Thickness 0.1mm with 0.8 mm nozzle and a Print head temperature of 250°C with a Build plate temperature of 100°C. Used Cura_15.04. Post-Printing: The result was nearly complete after printing and sanding, followed by application of liquid ABS coating and polishing and then finishing it up by painting it. The result looks as follows: Complete! Complete! Complete! Complete! Complete!
