Phone Head
thingiverse
Phone Head is a versatile robot phone holder that can be customized to fit various surfaces. Its movable joints allow for flexible positioning and enable it to sit or hang like a human or monkey, respectively. The device's hands and feet can grip objects securely, while its back bracket allows users to attach it to a wall using a nail. The parts used to create Phone Head were printed with a 0.1mm resolution in PLA, resulting in slow but precise prints with extensive cooling. In contrast, the other components were printed at 0.2mm resolution using PET-G. To assemble the device, refer to the included picture for guidance on attaching pin 1 and pin 2. The necessary parts include: - M3 bolts (9 x 30mm; I used 40mm instead due to availability) - M3 bolts (6 x 20mm) - M3 bolts (4 x 15mm; I substituted 10mm ones with satisfactory results) - M3 nuts (18) - Optional: M3 washers (6) - A 96mm-long M4 threaded rod (adjustable length based on phone dimensions) - M4 nuts (2) If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask.
