Outline sketched. 10-inch fillets added to outline. Outline scaled down 5 inches for later use. Outline extruded to required size. Scaled down model of outline offset to create smaller-outline-sized hole. In secondary version of first file, offset was bored through the back of model to create a hollowed-out outline.
