My brother engineered this for his smartphone and I printed it out for him to use with the Samsung Galaxy Avant. The plug fits together seamlessly and the phone glides in and out smoothly. Makergeeks Nuclear Green PLA was used to make this item. A nozzle size of 0.2 mm and a layer height of 0.15 mm were specified during printing. Ten percent fill was also utilized, resulting in a print time of six hours - admittedly quite lengthy.
