Phone Cup Holder Dock

My phone houses a GPS navigation software, ensuring hands-free usage. However, I occasionally need to glance at my screen when the Navigator's voice contradicts road visuals. To solve this, I angled my phone for better viewing. The customized cup holder features three interchangeable inserts with varying diameters: 65-70mm, 70-70mm, and 75-70mm; another insert tapers from 85-70mm. These parts connect using countersink M3-0.5x18 bolts. Printed with blue ABS, the dock requires 100% infill, arm needs 25%, and inserts require 25%. Set nozzle temp at 230°C, bed temp at 110°C, and use no support. Assemble using four FHSCS M3 0.5x18 bolts; pre-drilling may be necessary for a clean fit. Currently, the dock is designed for iPhone 5 in an Urban Armor Gear case, with plans to expand to other phone types.
