Phone Case for Nokia 1020, design intended for Ninjaflex filament
thingiverse
This is my third revision of the Nokia 1020 phone case, and it's been designed specifically for Ninjaflex filament or flexible filament use. This version ditches the 15-degree chamfers on the bottom and goes with a flat bottom instead. That change alone might improve printing quality, as I think this design will work much better. I've also taken the liberty of opening up one side to fit in phone buttons. Wall thickness has been cut from .100 to .050, and while I'm excited about this revision, it's worth noting that my lack of access to a 3D printer means I won't be able to personally test this case design. Still, all indications point to this version looking rock solid - let me know if you decide to give this print a try. Update: June 3rd 2015 Guess who just shattered the screen on my Nokia? That's right – it was me, carelessly dropping the device after deciding I really should've had a case designed by this point. A bit of irony right there, considering that lack of 3D printing capabilities was precisely why I never did end up getting a custom phone case made in the first place.
