Phone bracket for mask creation

This clamp holds your phone steadily in position over the D7 display, ensuring the camera remains centered on the plate every time. Customizable coded settings make it adaptable for any Nexus 5X user, allowing you to tailor it to your device's specific needs. The phone's size is restricted by the width of the build plate in this design, and it assumes a centrally positioned camera between the two sides of the phone. Two variations are available here: one with a 10mm standoff between the plate and the phone, and another with no standoff and 0.8mm walls. Its primary purpose is to quickly generate a decent mask image for use in Creation Workshop, as suggested by Gerhard Eichenseer in the Wanhao Duplicator 7 group on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/287910088208745/permalink/528854347447650/ The instructions below are paraphrased from Gerhard's post: First, tape a thin white paper over the D7 display and stretch it tight. Project a full-screen white image (e.g., by slicing a block and using Creation Workshop to project a slice). Switch on the UV array, capture photos of the UV cast onto the paper, and switch off the array immediately (don't leave the UV array on for more than a few seconds). To post-process the captured images in Gimp (courtesy of Gerhard) after scaling the blue image rectangle to 2560x1440 pixels: 1. Load the picture. 2. Color - desaturate - luminosity - OK. 3. Color - invert. 4. Filters - Noise - Spread (H 50%; V 50%). 5. Color - brightness ~95; contrast ~40. This is a starting point; load the mask into CW and take new photos to evaluate how even the new image is. Adjust the brightness/contrast settings and repeat until the image appears reasonably even.
