This base plate attaches to mobile phones and can be slid along a wood ruler measuring up to twelve inches in length on its opposing side. Velcro fasteners can also be used to securely attach weights or add them to an extra weight plate that moves along the backside of this foundation. This crucial component comes pre-packaged as part of our starter kit for building strength training equipment.
