Similar stands are available from Amaze-on at a cost probably not much greater than the value of filament required to print this, but it's nice to know you can make another one right away if something happens anyway. We make our own because that's what we do. I've printed this successfully using both PLA and PETG with .3mm layer thickness for all 3 pieces. I like to print using from 25-40% infill to make it a little hefty, probably 40% for the bolt, although the unit I printed using PETG at 25% seems adequately sturdy. A brim or raft and supports may be needed for the shelf piece only; I've included a photo to show how I configured mine. Don't over tighten the bolt, or you'll be printing it again (and frustratedly manipulating the broken shaft to extract it from the hinge assembly). The shelf doesn't need to be extremely immobile for the stand to work well. Only the last hole is threaded (leftmost, if viewing from the front). If it's a tight fit, putting the bolt in from the opposite side initially may help. A little reaming with a rat tail file couldn't hurt either.
