Occasionally you stumble upon something in a video game that you just have to create for yourself. This Phoenix Kit from Apex Legends is roughly to scale, with an emphasis on roughly, since it's standing at about 420mm tall. It feels great and looks exactly as I had hoped, which has left me very pleased with how it turned out. There's definitely room for improvement, and I encourage anyone with better skills to remix it and make it even better! It was made to be a light-up display to have next to my computer, so it doesn't have any special internal mechanisms to make it move smoothly or behave just like it would in-game. I'm sure many of you could come up with something awesome, and I'd love to see what you do with it! Thanks for checking it out, and I appreciate any feedback you have - even though I'm still learning, but having a whole lot of fun doing so. If you want to see the making-of process for a shield cell that's very similar, check out this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/fBpz4td_OGs This kit requires a lot of patience with the print time and final assembly. You'll need to glue some inner parts and outer parts together, and also draw or paint any details you want to add after they're printed. It's worth noting that there are many parts involved. Here's a breakdown of the number of parts you'll need: Shell: 1 x Black Rim 1 x Top Cap black portion 1 x Bronze part of top cap 4 x Bolts 1 x Middle Cylinder 2 x Bronze Part of Middle Cylinder 1 x Bottom of Shield Battery with Threads (same part for Phoenix Kit) 1 x Holding Part of Kit 1 x Orange part of base 1 x Black part of base 2 x Side Windows 2 x Cut to size Plexiglass sheets (1/16 inch), 34mm wide, 164mm long, with small notches cut on the bottom corners to allow it to insert fully Inner Part: 1 x Handle 1 x Handle Base 6 x Copper Housings 24 x Copper Parts 1 x Bottom Base
