It's scaled to 1 in 4 x 106 or one in four million and 1 in 2 x 106 or one in two million.
The file's names explained: name_1_x_10_y.stl is 1 : x* 10^^y. So _1_6_10_7 is 1:600000000 or one in 60 million.

S9 Phoebe

Phoebe is the biggest irregular satellite of Saturn. The irregular satellites are moons with a high inclination from its planet plane, high orbit eccentricity and retrograde orbit. It is thought that irregular satellites are the result of the capture of the object by the parent planet. Phoebe has a differentiated interior, which means that at some point in its history it was almost rounded, but after that it was deformed by repeated impacts.

Type: Satellite

Orbit: Saturn.
