Phlegm Blaster (OPEP Therapy Device)
cults3d
Loosens thick mucus in lungs and throat. No prescription needed. No chemicals or drugs. No batteries. A few minutes a day. Immediate relief. Easy to Clean Requires a steel or chrome ball bearing. Size can range from 5/8 inch (16mm) to 1 inch (25mm). Use larger sizes for deeper and stronger action (for larger adults). Glass spheres (large size marbles) may also be used. For maximum effect, apply a liberal coating of petroleum jelly to the bearing. This improves the seal, and also protects against corrosion. Usage: - Stand or sit in upright position. - Place device in mouth, with top of device facing ceiling. - Cover opening with tongue, and inhale through your nose to near full capacity. - Partially remove tongue from opening, and exhale evenly. Adjust tongue position to partially block the opening until you notice optimal vibration action and back pressure. - Adjust exhale rate and device angle to achieve desired amount of vibration. (Keep cheeks firm to improve effectiveness) - Take a few slow normal breaths to prevent hyper ventilation. - Repeat (for few minutes maximum) - When you feel mucus start to loosen, remove device, and use a strong huffing exhalation, or gentile cough to expel. You may feel mucus continue to loosen for several minutes after each therapy session. CAUTION: OPEP Therapy cannot be recommended for individuals diagnosed with Tuberculosis, Pneumothorax, Right-side heart failure and conditions that involve coughing up blood. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for adherence to local laws, or injury from use without prior consulting a physician. No Prescription required (in USA) CONSULT WITH DOCTOR BEFORE USE Cleaning: - Rinse in hot water after each use. - Remove cap and bearing. Soak all parts in warm 50/50 water/vinegar (or alcohol) solution periodically.
