Philmore Buzzer Mount
thingiverse
Philmore buzzers already come with two mounting holes, but you might still need a mount for it. Whoever designed the philmore buzzer was either very inconsiderate or had access to some extremely skinny and long screws. I tried using my collection of screws, but none of them fit. They were either too short or too thick, so I built this mount instead. There is a bit of playroom in the design, as I didn't want the mount to be too tight and risk breaking the buzzer. To secure it properly, I placed a piece of paper towel behind the buzzer, which also helps absorb any rattling sounds. Here's my quick fix, along with the freecad source code. This mount should fit 3mm machine screws or #4 sheet metal screws.
