Phillips toothbrush holder for rectangular outlets
prusaprinters

Designed for easy printing with minimal supports. If you're wondering about the install location in my photos, it's because I goofed and forgot about the clearance between the bottom outlet and the trim on the sink. In any case, the screw holes are in the correct place and the square cutout will fit around outlets with a ground-fault interrupter (I included a picture of one for clarity). As far as cable management goes, I recommend using a zip-tie after wrapping it around the conical protrusions.

I also included the gcode I used to print this with a Prusa i3 MK2 with a 0.4mm nozzle.
