This is a custom mount for the Elko blind switch, enabling users to replace traditional switches with Philips Hue Dimmers. The mount ensures that power remains on to the lamp at all times, while allowing dimming and switching capabilities. I created this project due to my wife's consistent use of the ordinary switch instead of the Philips Hue app or smart switches. If the Hue lamps lose power, they become inaccessible in the app. By implementing this solution, everyone in the household is satisfied. My wife can turn the light on and off using the switch while I can automate the lighting without disrupting the device's power supply.
