Phillips and Slot Screwdriver Bits
thingiverse
Screwdriver bits for standard hex 1/4" screwdriver handles come in four flavors. Phillips cross head and slot drive, both in 20 mm and 50 mm lengths. They print surprisingly well until too much torque is applied. Printed dark gray, they are hard to distinguish from metal counterparts. Check out this handle if you need one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3551562 For me, this has been an experiment in how far PLA can go. Turns out it won't replace shiny hardened steel screwdriver bit sets, but it could be handy in environments with little torque and no metal options. They print well standing upright, but 50 mm varieties need build plate adhesion. Use minimum layer height, 100% infill, and slow speeds (30 mm/s for shafts and 10 mm/s for tips). On my printer, they turn out nicer printing two at a time due to temperature issues. Have fun!
