Part 1 of the "modern book design" project Instructions: Part 1: Creating alternative book covers with a 3D printer. The "modern book design" project aimed to discover how the product "book" could be reinvented using new production methods. My goal was to find out what possibilities existed for creating innovative books through experimentation with various techniques and materials, pushing boundaries and exploring what was possible and what wasn't. I created a series of experiments, utilizing different methods and materials to discover new doors opening up, and how to create a prototype for industrial production in a short time frame.
