Pivot piece for a carpet brush for a Philips vacuum. Edit: after an year of abuse it finally failed, I've uploaded vacuum pivot3.stl, it has been reinforced. If you find this useful or entertaining enough, tips are welcome. :) Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 100% Filament: whatever PLA/ABS/PET Notes: It requires some post-print. Post-Printing ============= So after our vacuum brush for rugs has worn out I re-made the part into a 3D printable piece. It was painful to reproduce.rnrnPrint as is, add supports, I used Slic3r PE, overhang treshold 8 degrees, interface pattern spacing = 0, rest of settings keep as is.rnrnPost-print: after I removed the supports I sanded the corners and the base down quite a bit so it pivots smoothly with the other piece, some filing may be required at places.rnrnI highly doubt anyone will ever need something this niche.
